Responders Battle Fire at Former Factory

At approximately four o'clock this morning, fire crews were dispatched to reports of a serious fire at an abandoned warehouse located on Third Street. Upon arrival, firefighters encountered a intense blaze that had engulfed the roof and upper levels.

Multiple fire engines read more and ladder trucks were deployed to the scene. Firefighters worked tirelessly for over two hours to contain the fire, which was finally brought under control at approximately eight o'clock.

Thankfully, there were no reported injuries as a result of the blaze. The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
